They don't care about you at all, they protect their friends, and do not get rid of employees who cause trouble. Your fellow employees will stab you in the back first time they can. Human resources does nothing to help you out. Pay was ok but not worth the drama.
Working for Blackberry was on another level of wonderful.The management were on the ball and there was loads of opportunities to join up with different departments and help out on projects. They provide an excellent internal intranet with so many books and training materials. You get what you put in at Blackberry.
